KatadataOTO – Wuling introduced the EV Van at the Periklindo Electric Vehicle Show (PEVS) 2025. The vehicle, which enters the commercial segment, will be officially launched in the third quarter of 2025.

The presence of the EV Van is believed to strengthen Wuling's position as one of the electric car manufacturers with the most complete selection in the country. This is because they already have four models in different markets.

“This electric vehicle is present in Indonesia to fill the commercial segment because this market has great potential, especially for electric vehicles. The Wuling EV Van combines a modern, multifunctional, and efficient design to support business operations,” explained Ricky Christian, Marketing Operation Director of Wuling Motors this afternoon (29/04).

Although it is a commercial vehicle, Wuling still pays attention to the car's design. The front is equipped with LED projector headlights and slight aerodynamic lines to give a dynamic impression.

As a commercial vehicle, the Wuling EV Van is designed to be maximized by business people in the country. One of the advantages that makes it attractive is its large dimensions.

Based on the information provided, the vehicle has a length of 5,101 mm, a height of 1,960 mm, a width of 1,800 mm, and a cargo capacity of 6.5 m3.

To make it easier for customers to load and unload goods, the Wuling EV Van is equipped with a rear door that can open up to 270 degrees. They also installed a sliding door with a wide opening of 777 mm.

“The commercial market has different needs compared to the passenger market. Therefore, we are focused on being able to answer the challenges of owning a commercial vehicle,” he then said.

To support its performance, the Wuling EV Van is equipped with a 56.2 kWh capacity battery which, when fully charged, can travel a distance of 400 km (based on CTLC tests). This power is used to drive a 75 kW electric motor.

Although he did not mention the price, he confirmed that customers can already place orders.
