Honda PCX 160 Price List at Wahana, Includes Additional Accessories

KatadataOTO – PT Wahana Makmur Sejati, the main dealer for Honda motorcycles in Jakarta – Tangerang, has officially started selling the Honda PCX 160. However, looking at the price list, there is a slight difference compared to the official price from the official distributor.

Wahana is offering the motorcycle with prices ranging from Rp 33.978 million to Rp 42.148 million. Meanwhile, Astra Honda Motor, as the official distributor, announced the price for the PCX 160 is from Rp 33.75 million to Rp 40.35 million.

This price difference is because the dealer must consider the transportation costs they have to bear. Additionally, PT Wahana Makmur Sejati has also included several extra accessories, which increases the price.

These additions are available on the ABS and RoadSync types. The goal is to make the motorcycle look more attractive than the standard version.

“On the Honda PCX 160 ABS and RoadSync, accessories valued at Rp 1.9 million have been installed. But currently, the price increase is only Rp 1.5 million to remain competitive,” said Henry Tulus, Head of Part Main Dealer at PT Wahana Makmur Sejati.

For this cost, customers will get a headlight garnish, handle cover garnish, fuel tank garnish, panel step floor, radiator garnish, and muffler garnish. 

Not only that, customers can also purchase several apparel items designed to enhance the rider's appearance. These include helmets, jackets, and gloves.

“This apparel is sold separately so that the motorcycle's price can remain competitive. This is because the price for the apparel itself is quite high,” added Henry Tulus.

It was previously reported that PT Wahana Makmur Sejati officially held a regional product launch in the East Jakarta area. The event was held to make it easier for the public to see and experience the latest product firsthand.

Moreover, the latest Honda PCX 160 comes with several changes from various aspects, including its appearance. The company with the flapping wing logo has a new front and rear light design.

The highest-end model features a 5-inch TFT meter panel. Furthermore, day and night mode options are provided to enhance comfort.

The top-tier model is equipped with RoadSync. This feature is a connectivity system that assists customers during their journey, giving the motorcycle capabilities including navigation, phone calls, music, messages, and a voice command function.
