Honda Claims to Maintain Stock in 2025 Amid Plummeting Wholesales

Honda exhibited two electric concept motorcycles at the IIMS 2024 exhibition, namely the EV Fun Concept and the EV Urban Concept.

KatadataOTO – AHM (Astra Honda Motor) once again presents an electric motorcycle. This time at the IIMS (Indonesia International Motor Show) 2025 event.
The Japanese manufacturer is displaying the EV Fun Concept and EV Urban Concept at the exhibition held at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta.
“We are presenting two new electric motorcycle concepts, the EV Fun Concept and the EV Urban Concept, as part of our efforts to support a more advanced and sustainable era of mobility,” said Octavianus Dwi, Marketing Director of AHM, on Thursday (13/02).
Octa stated that the presence of their new product is a form of their commitment to providing a safer, more comfortable, and enjoyable riding experience for consumers.
Moreover, the two Honda concept electric motorcycles offer a futuristic design with modern technology. This is to support environmentally friendly mobility.
For your information, the EV Fun Concept is Honda's first sport-style electric motorcycle.
It is claimed to be designed to deliver a quiet and vibration-free riding sensation.
This electric two-wheeler uses a built-in battery, allowing for a more compact design. This improves stability when turning and braking.
Regarding its range, it is more than 100 km on a single charge. It is said to be ideal for city driving.
Furthermore, the charging system uses the CCS2 (Combined Charging System) type.
This can shorten charging time and increase energy efficiency for users.
Meanwhile, the EV Urban Concept reflects Honda's vision for future urban electric vehicles.
The EV (Electric Vehicle) comes with a futuristic and modern design.
It combines innovative hardware and software that makes it easy for everyone to use.
AHM is showcasing these two concepts as Honda's latest step towards achieving carbon neutrality by 2050.
On the other hand, it is to show the company's readiness to face the era of electric vehicles.
On the same occasion, the brand with the flapping wing logo did not just display two concept motorcycles.
But also brought the CUV e:, ICON e:, EM1 e:, and EM1 e: Plus to IIMS 2025.
All of them can be seen up close by visitors at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta
Then there is also the latest electric battery technology to show readiness for the future of electric vehicles.
