Jetour T2 PHEV Set to Challenge Indonesia's Hybrid Market Leaders

Then, referring to the global specifications, the model is equipped with a 1,500 cc turbocharged engine.

The combustion engine is paired with a Permanent Magnet Synchronous electric motor, and a 26.7 kWh LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery. Without gasoline assistance, the Jetour T2 PHEV can travel up to 139 km.

The car's maximum speed is 190 km/h. Then, the transmission used is a three-speed DHT.

However, it is known that there are several powertrain options for the Jetour T2 PHEV. It is not yet certain which type will be offered to Indonesian consumers.

The color options offered will be one of the main differentiators from the Chery J6. The Jetour T2 PHEV is offered in six colors: Trendy Toy Manifesto (Black), Snow Silver, Misty Cyan, Aviation Silver, Bew Khaki White, and Electroplated Green.

If it comes to Indonesia, the Jetour T2 PHEV will become a rival to the Chery J6. Moreover, Jetour also offers capable off-road abilities, just like the J6.

GIIAS 2025 is likely to be chosen as the venue for the Jetour T2 PHEV's debut. This exhibition will be held at ICE BSD City, Tangerang from July 24 to August 3, 2025.
