Specifications of JAC Trekker T9 EV, Electric Version of Toyota Hilux

Although not explicitly stated, according to a JAC Motors representative, several specifications have been adjusted to make the Trekker T9 EV suitable for use on Indonesian roads.

In terms of design, it is reminiscent of the Toyota Hilux at a glance. There are not many additional ornaments, so its appearance is quite minimalist, like commercial vehicles in general.

However, the front of the Trekker T9 EV looks striking thanks to the placement of the chrome-colored JAC emblem.

The manufacturer has included automatic lighting and LED fog lights to assist the driver when driving in dark road conditions.

At the rear, the L x W x H dimensions of the Trekker T9 EV's bed are 1,520 mm x 1,590 mm x 470 mm. Meanwhile, its overall dimensions are 5,220 mm x 1,965 mm x 1,920 mm.

This model is said to be able to accommodate a maximum payload of 910 kilograms.

Its interior is different from most other commercial double cabin pickups. This is because it has a large 10-inch head unit, typical of Chinese cars, as well as a wireless charger.

In terms of powertrain, the Trekker T9 EV uses an 88 kWh CATL battery and two electric motors.

This configuration allows the car to produce 294 hp and a peak torque of 340 Nm. Meanwhile, its range is 449 kilometers on a single charge.
