This happens because many people wait for the year-end moment to buy a new car.

A Tough Road Ahead

In reality, achieving Gaikindo's target in 2025 is very difficult. Because there are still 265 thousand units left to be achieved in the last three months.

This means that every month, Suzuki and other Gaikindo members must collect total sales of around 88.3 thousand units each month.

This is quite a difficult thing for vehicle manufacturers to do at the moment, considering the economic conditions have not yet fully recovered.

Especially if we reflect on the sales in October 2024, which were only 73,443 units, while November 2024 recorded 73,475 units.

Whereas December 2024 was at the level of 82,094 units. So it can be said that Gaikindo's target will be very difficult to achieve.

Reflecting on GIIAS 2025, new sales showed a positive signal one month after the event.

As for the GJAW 2025 event in November, its impact will only be felt in December 2025. This is because the realization of vehicle orders will be recorded one month later.

Then, the effect of this exhibition is only felt for one month. Whereas manufacturers are required to record 88.3 thousand each in October, November, and December.
