Here's KatadataOTO's summary of the specification comparison between the two electric cars, Denza D9 and Xpeng X9, in Indonesia.

KatadataOTO – Competition for electric cars in Indonesia is getting tighter. Especially in the premium four-wheeled vehicle segment.
This happened after Xpeng brought its luxury EV MPV to the country. One of the products that has captured the most public attention in the country is the Xpeng X9.
"We are very enthusiastic about welcoming Xpeng's presence in Indonesia and believe that the X9 and G6 will become new benchmarks in their respective segments," said Djohan Sutanto, CEO of Erajaya Active Lifestyle as the brand holder for Xpeng Indonesia, at PIK 2 some time ago.
The Xpeng X9 has become a serious challenger to its compatriot, the Denza D9, which also comes from the Land of the Bamboo Curtain.
Looking at them, both electric cars have their own advantages to pamper consumers.
For that reason, KatadataOTO attempts a comparison between the Xpeng X9 and the Denza D9. Here is the review.
When discussing appearance, both Chinese EVs have quite different looks.
The Denza D9's fascia features a large grille, finished in black with silver accents.
It is then paired with slim LED headlights, giving it a modern impression.
Meanwhile, the Xpeng X9 does not have a large grille. There is only an LED DRL that stretches from left to right.
The Xpeng X9's main headlights are also slim and equipped with LED technology.
Moving to the side, the door handles on these two electric cars are different. The Xpeng X9 is equipped with flush handles like modern EVs.
Meanwhile, the Denza D9 still relies on conventional door handles.
