The 2,500 cc engine in the Mazda CX-60 Sport is claimed to produce a capable 185 hp and a peak torque of 250 Nm.

Channeled to the rear wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission, tackling the capital's roads with various contours like inclines becomes an easy task.

The noise of the capital's traffic can be dampened due to the excellent cabin soundproofing of the Mazda CX-60 Sport.

Not only performance, the Mazda CX-60 Sport also aims to offer comfort for both the driver and passengers.

When crossing uneven road areas and speed traps, shocks are smoothed out thanks to the use of a double wishbone front suspension and a multi-link rear suspension.

Although SUVs are closely associated with a stiff suspension character, the Mazda CX-60 Sport manages to balance it to remain comfortable.

At the end of the route, we tried activating Sport mode. As usual, the throttle felt more responsive in delivering power.

Then, the roar of the engine sounded rougher in the cabin, adding to the SUV driving sensation and differentiating it from other modes.

Conclusion

With a price of around IDR 699 million, or a difference of IDR 60 million from the Honda CR-V Turbo, the Mazda CX-60 Sport offers larger dimensions and a pleasant driving sensation.

A luxurious impression remains attached to the Mazda CX-60 Sport thanks to the same design language as other Mazda lineups.

However, the color choices for the Mazda CX-60 Sport are limited to bright shades. A black color option is not available, unlike in other variants such as the Pro, Elite, and Kuro.
