KatadataOTO – GIIAS 2025 is an interesting event for the general public and automotive enthusiasts. This is because many new models are launched at this exhibition.
Ranging from the cheapest to the most expensive models. The car with the lowest price tag at the exhibition is the BYD Atto 1, its base model is sold for around IDR 195 million.
This potential competitor to the Wuling Air ev is touted as the best-selling electric car in its home country, China.
In the same class, the BYD Atto 1 is said to be going head-to-head with the Wuling Air ev, which has been on the domestic market for a while.
Then, Chery's sub-brand, Jaecoo, finally launched the J5 EV for domestic consumers.

For the first time, BAIC presented an electrified model, the BJ30 Hybrid, at GIIAS 2025. Specifically for the first 500 buyers, the 4x2 type is sold for around IDR 499 million (normal price IDR 529 million).
Meanwhile, the 4x4 variant is offered at a special price of around IDR 575 million. After the first 500 buyers, the price will return to IDR 605 million.
The legendary sedan from the United States officially launched at GIIAS 2025. Those who are interested can prepare a fund of IDR 1.96 billion.
The Jeep Wrangler 41 Willys 4-door edition is being marketed in limited numbers at GIIAS 2025. Only six units are available, which can be purchased for IDR 2.4 billion on the road in Jakarta.
A product from Mercedes-AMG. This luxury car made its debut in Indonesia at the GIIAS 2025 event for IDR 2.9 billion.
The LC, or Luxury Coupe, from Lexus launched in Indonesia as a two-door sports sedan with hybrid technology. The model uses a 3,500 cc V6 hybrid engine that is claimed to produce 345 hp and a peak torque of 300 Nm.
