KatadataOTO – It is undeniable that vehicle sales in the country are currently under pressure. This is also being felt by BMW Astra.

However, they remain optimistic about achieving positive results at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2025. This is because at the exhibition, people try to take the opportunity to purchase vehicles.

“Speaking of targets, the hope is of course for it to be bigger than last year. But at least it can match last year's achievement,” said Teguh Widodo, Operational Manager of BMW Astra to the media (22/07).

He also explained that BMW Indonesia has a target of around 1,200 SPK at GIIAS 2025. From that total, BMW Astra hopes to capture at least 40 percent.

“We hope to get 40 percent, so around 500 SPK can be obtained by BMW Astra,” he then affirmed.

He also revealed that this target is higher than last year's achievement, which was only around 1,100 units.

“At that time, we managed to capture 43 percent of the total BMW orders at GIIAS 2025, or around 500 SPK,” he added.

Offering Various Promos

At GIIAS 2025, BMW Astra will offer a variety of attractive promos for customers who make purchases either at the exhibition venue or at the dealership. With this, it is hoped that sales can increase more quickly.

During GIIAS 2025, BMW Astra is offering various purchase promos for new cars, starting from low installments with Astra Credit Company. Then there are also prizes like a Nespresso coffee machine, iPhone 16, BMW Advance Car Eye 3.0, BMW Seal & Protect, up to a 5 million gasoline voucher.

Customers who buy at the dealership from July 24 to August 3 also have the chance to get attractive prizes. Starting from a Samsung Galaxy Fold 6, a 2 million Pelita Air travel voucher, a 2.5 million BMW Accessories and Lifestyle voucher, and a 3 million BMW Car Care voucher.

“With this, visitors can park their vehicles at BMW Astra Serpong and then continue the journey using a shuttle bus. So there's no need to bother looking for parking at the exhibition venue,” he concluded.
