BMW Astra Returns to Host Golf Tournament, Featuring Luxury Car Prize

KatadataOTO – BMW Astra is trying to pamper its loyal customers. One way is through a golf tournament.

Joycup 2025 will be held again on the upcoming July 10th at the Royale Jakarta Golf Club.

"This year marks the fifth time Joycup has been held and it is BMW Astra's commitment to provide the best experience for loyal customers," said Sanfrantis Tanu, Chief Executive of BMW Astra in South Jakarta, Tuesday (08/07).

He further explained that this year's Joycup will only be attended by 144 participants.

This is because Joycup 2025 is an exclusive event specifically for loyal BMW Astra customers.

"Joycup 2025 participants not only enjoy playing golf, but also building business relationships," he continued.

For your information, Joycup 2025 is claimed to be one of the qualifying rounds for the World Amateur Golf Championship (WAGC).

Later, five semi-finalists from WAGC Indonesia will have the opportunity to represent Indonesia at the WAGC World Final 2025 on Jeju Island, South Korea.

In addition, the winner of Joycup 2025 will also have the chance to participate in the BMW Golf Cup National Final.

"The enthusiasm of our loyal customers for Joycup increases from year to year," Sanfrantis affirmed.

Prizes Include Used Luxury Cars

On the other hand, BMW Astra has prepared various attractive prizes for the Joycup 2025 participants.

Such as three luxury BMW cars for those who successfully make a hole-in-one in this tournament.

Consisting of a BMW iX1 eDrive20 M Sport, a BMW 218i Gran Coupe M Sport, and a 2021 BMW X1 sDrive18i Dynamic.

Additionally, BMW Astra has also prepared one unit of a Yamaha WaveRunner VX from PT Karya Bahari Abadi Yamaha Marine.

Furthermore, BMW Astra is also providing a PXG Putter and Wood, a Samsung Galaxy Watch 7, treatment vouchers from Beauty District, Full Body PPF Duratech by JKIND, and precious metals.

"The used car prize has also been available in previous (Joycups)," said Sanfrantis.

The used car prize was chosen again to introduce BMW Astra's business line in second-hand four-wheeled vehicles.

This way, more consumers will be willing to buy used BMW cars from them.
