KatadataOTO – China International Auto Accessories Fair (CIAAF) officially opened on December 12-14, 2025, at ICE BSD, Tangerang.

This exhibition is a collaboration between industries in Indonesia and China, showcasing various spare parts and accessories for vehicles.

The main goal of CIAAF 2025 is to be a platform for cooperation opportunities for industry players who want to find suppliers or see the latest component innovations.

“There are many new technologies, ideas, and collaborations that can be achieved at CIAAF,” said Catherine Liu, Founder and CEO of Ecat International Group at ICE BSD, Friday (12/12).

She emphasized that CIAAF involves many parties who are competent in the field of spare parts and vehicle accessory components.

Not only does it feature automotive spare parts from China, but there are also other activities such as a window film competition. The event involves local shops as well as those from China.

Also present on the occasion was the Central Village Unit Cooperative (Inkud) as a national-level secondary cooperative exploring cooperation opportunities to support local industries.

“Inkud has signed a cooperation agreement with a strategic state-owned enterprise in Indonesia to produce a people's vehicle. We are now preparing it together with PT Pindad,” said Portasius Nggedi, President Director of Inkud, on the same occasion.

He emphasized that the current president has established 80,000 village cooperatives that are integrated with the Inkud network.

Inkud itself now oversees more than 13 million members. The CIAAF event is an opportunity for various related parties to support the smooth development of the people's vehicle or car.

Considering that the vehicle ownership ratio in Indonesia is still relatively low, especially when compared to China.

Maximum development is expected to produce vehicles with competitive prices that can reach more people, especially in rural areas.

“Together we enter and explore ways to transform the manufacturing products and technologies displayed (at CIAAF 2025), into practical solutions to improve the quality of life and efficiency of people in rural areas,” he stressed.
