KatadataOTO – Daihatsu once again shows appreciation for customers who have continued to use their products for over a decade. This time, Imelda Kurniawan, a Terios user since 2011, is the lucky person.

The appreciation was presented during the Daihatsu Kumpul Sahabat Cirebon 2025 event. During the event, she revealed that the car she has been using has met her daily mobility needs.

“I would like to express my gratitude for the surprise and appreciation from Daihatsu in Indonesia. We chose the Terios and have continued to use it for over a decade because it is tough, even though it is often used for inter-provincial travel.

Maintaining a Daihatsu car, including its servicing, is quite easy and the price is affordable. We are also greatly helped by the professional and prompt Daihatsu team at the official service center in maintaining the vehicle if there are any issues,” she said.

She revealed that the car has been used for 14 years and has traveled up to 280,000 km, and its performance remains reliable. This is because she is quite diligent in maintaining her vehicle at the official service center.

“Its performance is maintained because we regularly service the vehicle, especially the engine oil. After all, the engine is the heart of the car, so it must receive attention,” said Felix Gowandi, Imelda's husband.

He also revealed that maintaining a Daihatsu vehicle is quite easy. Even when traveling out of town, the service is still reliable.

“If there is a problem on the road, I just need to contact the official service center and will be immediately directed to the nearest one. The spare parts are also plentiful, so it's easy to maintain,” he then added.
