KatadataOTO – A sub-brand under BYD, Denza, made its debut at the GIIAS 2025 automotive exhibition. Interesting offerings were presented, including their flagship model, the D9.

“GIIAS 2025 is an important chapter for Denza to expand its reach and showcase the full strength of our premium electric vehicle lineup to a wider public,” said Eagle Zhao, President Director of PT BYD Motor Indonesia in Tangerang, recently.

The Denza D9 is Denza's first product in the country. Since its launch, orders for the model have reached 8,900 Vehicle Order Letters (SPK).

This indicates the high enthusiasm of the Indonesian public for the presence of an eco-friendly MPV in the premium class.

Also present alongside the D9 was the Denza Z9, a luxury sports sedan available globally in Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) and Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) options.

Interestingly, this time there was a luxury sportscar equipped with the latest DiSus suspension technology, the Yangwang U9.

This area became a special attraction for visitors who were seen crowding the booth area. This was because there were demonstrations of the suspension usage at certain hours.

The Denza booth at GIIAS 2025 combines luxury and technology through the presentation of the Denza D9 and Z9. A premium-themed waiting area is available to pamper visitors.

The interactive experience and futuristic design of the Denza booth are expected to provide an interesting treat for automotive enthusiasts attending the exhibition.

For consumers interested in purchasing the Denza D9, the unit can be tested directly in the exclusive test drive area during the GIIAS 2025 event.

GIIAS 2025 is held at ICE BSD, Tangerang from July 24 to August 3.

For your information, Denza, together with BYD, is committed to building long-term relationships with domestic consumers through a network of dealers and technical support in various regions of Indonesia.
