With a price difference of up to Rp 40 million, there are quite a number of specification differences between the Aion V Exclusive and Luxury.

KatadataOTO – After being introduced last year, the Aion V has finally been officially launched in two types: Exclusive and Luxury. Both come with different advantages, especially in terms of price.
It should be noted that the Aion V Exclusive is sold for Rp 449 million. This price is Rp 40 million cheaper than the Luxury, which is offered at Rp 489 million.
Although there is a significant price difference, there are not many differences in terms of appearance. Both cars still use a boxy design and give a tougher impression compared to other electric vehicles in its class.
Entering the cabin, the differences start to become slightly visible. This is because the Aion V Exclusive's seat upholstery still uses synthetic leather, while the Luxury uses genuine leather.
Another difference is that the Aion V Exclusive does not have the Intelligent Box like the Luxury type. This is quite unfortunate as this feature is one of the main attractions to capture the market.
In addition, superior features are also absent in the Aion V Exclusive, ranging from massage seats, a rear small table, to a driving monitoring system.
Then, the battery capacity of the Aion V Exclusive is only 64.5 kWh. That figure is much smaller than the Luxury's, which is 75.3 kWh.
As a result, the vehicle's range is shorter, at only 505 km. Meanwhile, the Luxury reaches 602 km.
Interestingly, both types are already equipped with a fast-charging feature. With this, users can charge from 20 percent to 80 percent in just 16 minutes.
The power is then channeled to an electric motor capable of producing 181 hp in the Aion V Exclusive. That figure is slightly smaller than the type above it, which has 201 hp.
It was previously reported that the Aion V is equipped with a lifetime warranty (for the battery). Meanwhile, the vehicle warranty is for eight years or 160,000 km. With every unit purchase, the customer is entitled to a free wall charger.
The Aion V itself is also planned to be produced locally at Indomobil's production facility in Cikampek, West Java. This shows the company's commitment to developing the nation's electric vehicle industry, which is currently still growing.
