For owners of vehicles identified for the recall, they can contact or visit the nearest authorized Honda dealer. They just need to register and schedule the component inspection or replacement.
The component inspection or replacement can be carried out starting from Friday, January 3, 2025, and will be free of charge. It is recommended to make an appointment beforehand to avoid long waiting times.
“We are taking this step to ensure Honda cars continue to meet quality and safety standards. All customers whose cars are identified are entitled to a component inspection or replacement,” said Yusak Billy, Sales & Marketing and After Sales Director of PT Honda Prospect Motor in his press release (03/01).
