KatadataOTO – Honda Step WGN e:HEV officially launched at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2025. Its presence is certainly noteworthy as the company is well-known for its quality hybrid technology.

Not only that, Honda has also showcased the Step WGN in Indonesia several times. The public's response was claimed to be quite positive, so the Japanese company decided to bring it to the country.

"At GIIAS 2025, we are presenting an increasingly complete hybrid product line as part of Honda's commitment to strengthening an electrification roadmap that is relevant to the lifestyle and needs of Indonesian families," said Shugo Watanabe, President Director of PT Honda Prospect Motor

The Honda Step WGN e:HEV comes with a boxy design and has quite large dimensions: length 4,829 mm, width 1,752 mm, height 1,840 mm, and a wheelbase of 2,888 mm.

The car has been equipped with several accessories to make it look more attractive. They have also installed a chrome-plated grille and full LED headlights, giving it a modern impression.

Interestingly, the Honda logo on the Step WGN e:HEV now has a blue accent. Only environmentally friendly cars are given this accent.

The car is also equipped with electric sliding doors on both the right and left sides, making it easier for rear passengers to get in and out.

Honda has prepared various other attractions, including a low floor which makes the cabin space larger. This advantage is certainly very important as it adds comfort, especially during long-distance journeys.

Passengers will also be pampered by captain seats whose position can not only be moved forward and backward, but also shifted to the right and left.
