Hybrid Car Prices June 2025, Suzuki Fronx Around Rp 200 Million

KatadataOTO – A number of new hybrid cars have arrived, adding options for Indonesian consumers in May 2025. Honda launched the latest Civic RS with additional hybrid technology for IDR 699 million.

Then Chery finally officially released the price of the Tiggo 8 CSH (Chery Super Hybrid). Specifically for the first 1,000 buyers, it is priced at IDR 499 million, while the normal price is IDR 519 million.

CSH itself is another name for PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle) technology. The Tiggo 8 CSH is currently the cheapest PHEV in Indonesia.

Towards the end of May 2025, the Suzuki Fronx was officially launched with prices starting from IDR 200 million. All Fronx types, both non-hybrid and hybrid, are equipped with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System).

PT HPM (Honda Prospect Motor) is also reportedly preparing to launch a new hybrid car this month. The model is strongly believed to be the HR-V, with an estimated price below the CR-V e:HEV.

If you are interested in buying a hybrid car in the IDR 200 million price range, you can consider the models offered by Suzuki, including the Fronx.

It should be noted that the Fronx is already locally assembled and receives a three percent tax incentive as part of a government program.

The Chery Tiggo 8 CSH is actually also produced at a domestic assembly facility. However, PT CSI (Chery Sales Indonesia) confirmed that the SUV has not yet received the incentive.
