Xpeng's largest dealer in Indonesia has officially opened in the Pondok Indah area, offering complete 3S facilities.
KatadataOTO – The largest Xpeng dealer in Indonesia has officially opened in the Pondok Indah area. The outlet has 3S status, meaning it provides sales, service, and spare parts.
This facility stands on a 3,413 m2 plot of land, and the showroom area can accommodate up to five display cars.
The strategic location of the largest Xpeng dealer is expected to reach target consumers and make it easier for owners to service their vehicles or purchase spare parts.
“This milestone demonstrates our commitment to bringing smart and innovative mobility solutions, as well as a premium experience for everyone in Indonesia,” said Iki Wibowo, CEO of Xpeng Indonesia in Jakarta, on Thursday (16/10).
As the largest Xpeng flagship dealer under Erajaya Active Lifestyle, the outlet is equipped with a workforce certified by Xpeng International.
“We hope the opening of this flagship dealer will be an important step towards a better future of mobility in Indonesia,” Iki affirmed.
In addition to providing an internationally standardized workforce, various services can be enjoyed at the Xpeng Pondok Indah dealer.
For example, there are fast-charging stations. Two units are available with a capacity of 200 kWh.
This allows owners to charge their Xpeng electric car from 10 percent to 80 percent in a short time, about 20 minutes.
To accommodate vehicle repairs, there are six service bays, consisting of one wheel alignment bay, two post lifts, and three regular bays.
The types of repairs that can be done at the dealer are also varied, including electric car battery servicing.
While waiting for their vehicle to be serviced, customers can use the comfortable waiting area, which includes a mini-bar and an interactive area.
“At this dealership, we want to offer the best experience for consumers, from the purchasing process to after-sales service,” said Iki.
For your information, Xpeng currently offers two electric car models: the X9 and G6.
The Xpeng X9 has started to be locally assembled at the PT Handal Indonesia Motor (HIM) facility in Purwakarta, West Java.
Meanwhile, the Xpeng G6 will follow, as it is said to require additional investment and tools for its assembly.
