KatadataOTO – Jetour Motor Indonesia is bringing two new products at once to the GIIAS 2025 event, namely the Jetour T2 and the compact electric car X20e.

It should be noted that previously there was much speculation that the compact EV (Electric Vehicle) in question was the Ice Cream.

But it turns out that model will not be brought to Indonesia. The Jetour X20e was chosen instead, a model that is a rebadge of the Chery QQ Domi.

This becomes a new option for consumers who like small cars that are comfortable for urban use.

Meanwhile, the Jetour T2 has a more fierce and rugged appearance, targeting consumers who enjoy adventure and off-road travel.

“We focus on being user-oriented. Our Travel Plus vehicle line offers strong off-road performance and various other features,” said Peter Zhang, President Director of Jetour Motor Indonesia in Tangerang, Wednesday (23/07).

For your information, the Jetour T2 has several variants in its home country. Not only conventional engines but also hybrid and plug-in hybrid electric vehicle or PHEV types.

The Jetour T2 carries a distinctive modern and boxy SUV design philosophy, designed for off-road use.

The front area of the Jetour T2 has a distinctive look with an emblem spelling out Jetour on the grille. It also features a unique lamp design with a Matrix Full LED and LED DRL motif.

In terms of size, the Jetour T2 has quite large dimensions with a length of 4,785 mm, a width of 2,005 mm, a height of 1,880 mm, and a wheelbase of 2,800 mm.

Meanwhile, the Jetour X20e is set to become a new rival to the Wuling Air ev, which will be sold at a price point above Rp 200 million.

Unlike the Wuling Air ev, the Jetour X20e is equipped with four doors. Therefore, entering the second-row cabin does not require going through the front doors or folding the first-row seats.

The design of the compact electric car Jetour X20e is not much different from its original form sold as the Chery QQ Domi.

Regarding the powertrain, there are two battery options available: 38.5 kWh and 39.33 kWh, offering a range of 305 km-405 km on a single full charge.
