KatadataOTO – Jetour announced the price of the T2 Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) during the GJAW 2025 event, which is Rp 568 million on the road in Jakarta.

Just launched, the Jetour T2 is claimed to have already received 200 orders and will begin deliveries to consumers in January 2025.

Previously, Jetour also introduced the small electric car X20e and the X50e compact SUV. However, neither has been sold to the Indonesian public yet.

It should be noted that the competition for small electric cars in Indonesia has heated up again following the arrival of the Changan Lumin at a price of Rp 178 million.

Jetour appears confident in presenting a vehicle lineup in the Rp 300 million to Rp 500 million price range for certain reasons.

“Perhaps from the product side and Jetour's success in various countries, we believe in this product (Jetour T2),” said Moch. Ranggy Radiansyah, Marketing Director of Jetour Motor Indonesia in Tangerang some time ago.

According to Ranggy, the arrival of the Jetour T2 is actually more anticipated by domestic consumers. This is one of the reasons they are introducing the T2 instead of the X20e.

In fact, the Jetour T2 will also soon be available in a Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) option starting next year, with an estimated price of around Rp 800 million.

“Many (consumers) have come to our dealers or called our call center, asking when it (the Jetour T2) will launch,” continued Ranggy.

Therefore, Jetour cannot yet confirm when the X20e electric car will be introduced. At GIIAS 2025, the model was present as an introduction and for study purposes.

As part of sales preparations, Jetour continues to expand its dealer network throughout Indonesia.

“We now have 19 dealership points, heading towards 23. We will likely disclose that we will definitely have around 23 points completed (in 2025),” said Ranggy.

In terms of regions, Jetour dealers are spread across various islands outside of Java, including Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and will expand to Bali.

The Jetour T2 can be seen in person during the GJAW 2025 event, which runs until this coming November 30.
