KatadataOTO – Wuling is once again enlivening the options for small-sized electric cars in its home country. After the Air ev and BinguoEV, this time it's the turn of the Aishang A100C.

Aishang itself will be made into a new series by Wuling. The vehicle will target young consumers.

Quoted from Carnewschina, the Aishang A100C is offered at a competitive price starting from 39,800 yuan.

When converted to the rupiah exchange rate, the figure is equivalent to around 92.8 million rupiah.

For comparison, the BYD Atto 1 electric car, which is touted as the cheapest Electric Vehicle (EV) in its home country, is sold for 56,800 yuan for the lowest variant, or around 132.5 million rupiah.

At a glance from its appearance, the Wuling Aishang A100C electric car has a design language similar to the Changan Lumin EV, especially its headlights.

The Changan Lumin EV is one of the new electrification products scheduled to launch in Indonesia at the Gaikindo Jakarta Auto Week or GJAW 2025 event.

Speaking of dimensions, the L x W x H of the Aishang A100C are 3,285 mm x 1,708 mm x 1,550 mm with a wheelbase of 1,980 mm.

The exterior appears minimalist, but looks eccentric thanks to the two-tone color options on the body and wheels.

The interior is still the same as the Wuling Air ev compact electric car. Simple and as usual, there are not many physical buttons for feature settings on the vehicle.

The Aishang A100C is seen equipped with a two-spoke steering wheel with several controls on the right side, such as volume.

Regarding the powertrain, the Wuling Aishang A100C uses a single rear-wheel-drive electric motor, producing 35 kW or 51 hp with a peak torque of 83 Nm.

The battery used in the Aishang A100C is made of LFP material by Gotion, with a capacity of 17.65 kWh.

With a fully charged battery, or 100 percent, the Aishang A100C is claimed to have a range of up to 220 kilometers based on the CLTC testing method.

Several Chinese manufacturers in Indonesia are starting to revive the trend of compact electric cars. Not only the BYD Atto 1, there are also the Jetour X20e and the Changan Lumin EV.

Therefore, it is not impossible that the Wuling Aishang A100C will also be present to enliven the choices, a new option with a fresh design alongside the Air ev.
