KatadataOTO – Subaru has officially opened their newest dealer in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta. This facility is their seventh outlet in Indonesia and is expected to meet the needs of their ever-growing customer base.

Moreover, Subaru has long been a brand in the premium market segment, making service extremely important.

“This facility is expected to meet the needs of customers in the West Jakarta area who were previously served in Alam Sutera. Therefore, it is hoped that they can reach our services more easily,” said Arie Christopher, Chief Executive Officer, Subaru Indonesia, during the launch.

Plaza Subaru Kebon Jeruk stands on a 4,000 m² plot of land with a building area of 1,500 m². Thanks to this, the outlet can feature at least 7 display cars, 7 working bays with 3 lifts, and an STI Corner for Subaru motorsport enthusiasts.

“We are also introducing a new call center supported by artificial intelligence (AI) and emergency services,” he said.

With this, it is hoped that customers can be more confident when driving a Subaru. The call center provides free and comprehensive services such as:
