The prices of the Xpeng X9 and G6 will be announced in June 2025, and pre-orders for both EVs are already open.

KatadataOTO – The Indonesian market will welcome a new electric car. This time from a Chinese manufacturer, Xpeng.
The manufacturer will be marketing their electric vehicle (EV) in the near future.
"The plan is for the prices of the Xpeng X9 and G6 to be announced on June 19, 2025," said Hari Arifianto, Vice President of Marketing for Xpeng Indonesia in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) 2, Tangerang Regency, Banten, on Tuesday (06/03).
He also hopes that both Xpeng electric cars will receive a positive reception from consumers in Indonesia.
Moreover, they will hold an exhibition to display the Xpeng G6 and X9 directly to the public.
"We plan to hold an exhibition at Kota Kasablanka later. The official prices will also be announced there," he continued.
Furthermore, Hari revealed that the prices of the Xpeng X9 and G6 electric cars will be quite competitive in the market.
For the Xpeng X9, the offered price tag ranges from IDR 990 million to IDR 1.09 billion.
Meanwhile, the Xpeng G6 will be marketed at around IDR 600 million. However, this figure is still an estimate and is subject to change.
"That is just a price indication. The official price will be announced on June 19," Hari affirmed.
Hari also explained that the market segment they are targeting is premium consumers.
"For the Xpeng X9, we are targeting groups such as business owners, senior executives, and chief-level officials," he explained.
As for the Xpeng G6, this car is aimed at men and women around 35 years old who work at the senior management level.
For your information, the Xpeng X9 is equipped with an electric motor with a power of 370 kW or 496 hp and a peak torque of 640 Nm.
This car is supported by two battery capacity options. First, an 84.5 kWh battery that can cover a distance of up to 610 km on a single charge.
Second, there is a 101.5 kWh capacity battery that can take the Xpeng X9 as far as 720 km. All power is channeled to the front wheels with a front-wheel drive (FWD) system.
This EV is said to be able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 7.7 seconds.
Then, the Xpeng G6 is equipped with an 800V XPower drive motor with a power of 210 kW or 281 hp and a peak torque of 440 Nm.
Just like the X9, the G6 is also offered with two battery options. First, a 66 kWh capacity with a range of up to 435 km.
Lastly, the 87.5 kWh power storage version is claimed to be able to cover a distance of 570 km on a single charge.
