The Honda National Service Contest, or KLHN 2025, has concluded, producing winners from various Honda dealerships across Indonesia.
KatadataOTO – To strengthen services for consumers in the country, PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) is holding the National Honda Service Contest or KLHN 2025.
KLHN 2025 involves various personnel at dealerships, from customer service to delivery men.
All participants are selected from various regions and follow the contest stages according to their respective fields.
“Through KLHN, we want to strengthen the collaborative spirit and an empathy-focused approach throughout the Honda network,” said Antok Yuniarso, General Manager of Honda Customer Care Center (HC3) in Jakarta, on Thursday (14/08).
It was further explained that there are seven categories involved, namely Dealer/AHASS Head, Sales People, Non-Sales People (Cashier, Admin, Part Counter), Delivery Man, Customer Retention Officer, and Best Main Dealer.
The number of participants has also increased. Last year there were around 8,000 people, now the number has grown to 9,192 participants from various service lines.
The selection begins at the regional level, managed by 29 Honda Main Dealers. Then, the best 200 participants are chosen as finalists to participate in the national assessment stage in Jakarta, from August 11-14, 2025.
The winners of KLHN 2025 are judged to have successfully provided services that meet consumer expectations and create a memorable experience.
Participants are expected to apply the standards they are tested on during the contest at their respective dealerships. This can attract interest and make it easier for consumers to purchase their desired Honda motorcycle.
KLHN 2025 carries the theme 'Closer, Warmer'. The competition not only focuses on vehicle unit sales, but also on the best interaction with consumers in the process.
“Sincere and warm service not only builds satisfaction, but also creates long-term trust and loyalty from consumers,” Antok emphasized.
From the seven categories contested, each produced three winners from various dealerships in Indonesia.
Starting from Astra Motor Yogyakarta, Astra Motor Bali, Astra Motor Bengkulu, Tunas Dwipa Matra in Lampung, to Astra Motor Papua.
The contest will also be held again next year, adding motivation for dealership personnel to serve consumers according to standards and ultimately contribute to increasing Honda motorcycle sales.
