The number of regions offering vehicle tax amnesty is now increasing.
A number of regions are holding vehicle tax amnesty programs, which the public can take advantage of.

This is being done as an effort to increase public literacy and awareness about tax compliance.
"We will waive the public's motor vehicle tax arrears, even if it's for 10 or 20 years,” said Vaski Ruseimy, Deputy Governor of West Sumatra.

Vasko revealed that all arrears, including interest fines, will be completely waived.
It is hoped that this will provide real relief and convenience for motorcycle and car owners there.
“However, in the future, they must be compliant with motor vehicle taxes,” he concluded.
The motor vehicle tax amnesty is seen as a step that sides with the community.
