Long Trip with Aion V Jakarta-Yogyakarta, Pampered by Features

The KatadataOTO team, with a height of 175 cm, did not feel cramped. When in the back seat, there is still more than a handspan of legroom from the driver's seat.

Then for headroom, there is also about a handspan or more available. Ensuring passengers and the driver don't have to worry about bumping their heads.

To add to the comfort, the Aion V electric car is equipped with abundant storage space. Then there is also a wireless charger feature to charge your smart gadgets.

Aion Indonesia has also included a fairly large touchscreen head unit, measuring 14.6 inches.

It functions to display a number of features such as the navigation system, driving modes, music, side mirror adjustments, opening and closing the panoramic sunroof, and others.

Next, there is an eight-point massage feature with five modes. Available in the driver's seat and the front passenger seat.

Not to forget, there is an intelligent refrigerator with three modes: heating, refrigerating, and freezing. It can also be operated for 24 hours even after the vehicle is turned off.

We tried putting siomay and ice cream in this feature alternately. The result was that the food could indeed become hot and frozen.

This is because the intelligent refrigerator in the Aion V can have its temperature set from -15 degrees to 50 degrees.

On the left rear passenger side, a small table is available. It can be used to place food, drinks, and also a laptop for working during the journey.

Thanks to the various features above, the approximately 600 km journey from Jakarta to Yogyakarta felt very comfortable and pampering.

Performance

After waiting for a while, it was the KatadataOTO team's turn to drive the Aion V. Starting from the KM 86 rest area on the Trans-Java Toll Road.

When we drove it, the Aion V was very agile for maneuvering. Especially when wanting to overtake vehicles ahead.
