KatadataOTO – BMW together with Tunas Group officially opened a new dealership in the Summarecon Bekasi area, West Java. This time, the outlet also offers a vehicle lineup from Mini.
The hope is that this can reach many consumers outside of Jakarta. Different from the usual outlets, the BMW dealership in Bekasi carries the Retail.Next concept.
Retail.Next is said to offer more comfort for consumers. Because it's not just about displaying vehicles, there is a comfortable lounge area for customers on each floor.
“We offer a space that stimulates conversation, a place to hang out and relax. For the first time, I can also say that Tunas has become part of the Mini Family,” said Peter Sunny Medalla, President Director of BMW Group Indonesia in Bekasi, Wednesday (10/12).
Previously, BMW dealerships under the Tunas Group had never featured the Mini series.
This time, for the first time, the BMW Mini dealership in Bekasi presents a complete selection of premium vehicle lines from BMW, including the M Series and Mini.
The BMW Mini dealership with Tunas is built on a 1,643 m2 plot of land, while the total building area is 3,955 m2.
Sunny hopes the presence of the BMW Mini Bekasi dealership will strengthen their position as the number one premium brand in Indonesia.
“This is about (consumer) trust in our service and the people behind it. Therefore, we will continue to invest in (dealership) facilities,” Sunny affirmed.
On this occasion, BMW handed over one M2 unit to its customer in Bekasi.
“We hope that BMW and Mini Tunas Bekasi will be a place where all consumers feel welcomed, comfortable, and have a memorable experience,” said Rico Setiawan, CEO of BMW Tunas, on the same occasion.
The first and second floors of the dealership offer a range of vehicles from BMW, including the M Series.
For your information, the BMW Bekasi dealership offers complete facilities. Not only for vehicle sales but also for service.
The BMW Bekasi dealership is also open for repairs of older BMW vehicle lines. It is hoped that this will make it easier for consumers who own BMW cars across generations.
The service area is equipped with nine work bays, capable of processing nine vehicles at once.
The BMW Mini Bekasi dealership is open from 08:30-19:00 WIB from Monday to Friday. While on Saturdays, it is open from 10:00 to 17:00 WIB.
