KatadataOTO – The Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show witnessed the launch of the Ford Mustang 2.3 L EcoBoost. A car that has become one of their flagship products in various countries.

In fact, in 2024, the model has become one of the best-selling sports cars in the United States. Thus, its presence is believed to be a star for muscle car enthusiasts in the country.

“The Ford Mustang is an icon in the history of world automotive. Therefore, we are very enthusiastic to finally bring the Ford Mustang 2.3L EcoBoost to Indonesia," said Toto Suharto, Country Manager, RMA Indonesia.

As a vehicle known for its performance, the Ford Mustang comes with an aggressive design. Several aerodynamic lines appear quite sharp, making it look more muscular.

Entering the cabin, the seats are upholstered in Leather Accented with 6-way adjustment for the driver's seat. There is also a Customisable 12.4-Inch Digital Instrument Cluster that can be personalized.

Additionally, there is a 13.2-inch touchscreen integrated with 12 premium speakers from Bang & Olufsen, complete with a subwoofer. This combination is believed to provide the best entertainment for the driver.

Under the hood, there is a 2,300 cc 4-cylinder EcoBoost engine with a twin-scroll turbocharger. This powerhouse can produce 310 hp and 475 Nm of torque, channeled to the wheels through a 10-speed automatic transmission.

To make the driving experience more enjoyable, the manufacturer has included 6 selectable drive modes: Normal, Sport, Slippery, Track, Drag Strip, and Custom. Thanks to this, the driver can adjust the vehicle's character according to their driving style or road conditions.

Not only that, the Ford Mustang 2.3L EcoBoost is also supported by a Brembo braking system. For optimal control, this car is equipped with four-wheel power disc brakes complete with four sensors.

Ford has installed various safety features to protect the driver and passengers. These include Pre-Collision Assist with Autonomous Emergency Braking, Blind Spot Monitoring with Cross Traffic Alert and Braking, Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & Go and Lane Centering, as well as  Dynamic Stability Control and Anti-Lock Braking System.

To own one, the Ford Mustang is sold for IDR 1.964 billion. Customers are also entitled to a 3-year or 100,000 km warranty and the Ford Care 360 program, which includes free service and spare parts for 3 years or 60,000 km
