Indomobil Emotor has once again introduced its latest electric motorcycle, an adventure scooter named Tyranno.

KatadataOTO – Indomobil Emotor once again presents its newest product to the Indonesian market. After Adora, they are bringing in the Tyranno to entice consumers.

Interestingly, the new product features an adventure scooter style. The unit's name itself is inspired by the prehistoric animal, the Tyrannosaurus.

The features embedded in this electric motorcycle are quite capable. Thus, it is expected to meet the needs of the public.

“This is a very happy day for us, the big family of Indomobil. This product is an answer and a solution for the mobility needs of the community,” said Pius Wirawan, CEO of Indomobil Emotor Internasional in Jakarta (16/06).

The Indomobil Emotor Tyranno is equipped with the latest features including a Smart Inclinometer, Cruise Control, and a Smart Touchscreen Speedometer Panel. Some of these technologies are claimed to be the first in Indonesia.

The appearance of the electric motorcycle Tyranno can be said to have the character of a true adventurer. It uses two round LED and projector headlights on the fascia, and there are LED turn signals on the side body that also function as DRLs.

Below the handlebars, there are also small yet striking LED turn signals. Then, moving to the rear, it is equipped with a box-shaped brake light featuring LED technology.

Then there is a crash bar or exo-armor that protects the motorcycle's body in case of a fall. Additionally, several multipurpose storage compartments have been added.

Features that support vehicle control include a Traction Control System, Push Assist Mode, Combi Brake Assist, Reverse Mode, and Regenerative Braking.

To further support adventure activities, the Tyranno is paired with dual-purpose tires measuring 110/70 – 12 inches in the front and 120/70 -12 inches in the rear.

“Indomobil Emotor will always present the best vehicles for motorcycle riders in Indonesia. Through environmentally friendly products, the latest designs, and the most advanced technology,” said Pius.

The Tyranno is packed with a 2.5 kWh lithium battery, allowing the motorcycle to travel up to a distance of 110 kilometers.

Meanwhile, the maximum speed of this electric vehicle is believed to be able to reach 80 km/h.

The embedded drive motor has a capacity of 3 kW or 3,000 watts. It is capable of producing 180 Nm of torque.

To allow for confident travel on various road terrains, the motorcycle's ground clearance is set at 170 mm.

The Indomobil Emotor Tyranno is marketed at Rp 25.9 million on the road in Jakarta.
