KatadataOTO – The Polytron Fox-R electric motorcycle gets three new colors for customers in Indonesia. Thanks to this, customers can match it to their individual tastes and characters.

The three colors are Vulcan Silver, Velvet Navy Blue, and Hunter Green. Polytron claims these colors are in line with the BASF Automotive Color Trends 2024-2025, which is a reference for vehicle manufacturers.

“We want to expand consumer preferences in choosing the Fox-R variant that best suits their individual style and character,” said Ilman Fachrian Fadly, Head of Group Product Electric Vehicle 2W Polytron in Jakarta (03/06).

They claim that Vulcan Silver is presented for those who want a modern-looking motorcycle.

Meanwhile, Velvet Navy Blue presents an elegant impression. The color is claimed to be in line with the shifting blue-purple trend that is increasingly popular with the public.

Then, Hunter Green is here to represent the symbol of sustainability that has been echoed by vehicle manufacturers.

Unfortunately, there are no other changes besides the colors added by the company. This is because the features and technology on the electric motorcycle are considered to still meet customer needs.

Although not providing detailed figures, the Polytron Fox-R is claimed to have become the backbone of the company's sales in the two-wheeled vehicle segment.

The motorcycle is equipped with a large capacity 3.75 kWh Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery (LiFePO4). Thanks to this, the unit can travel up to 130 km on a single full charge.

The dimensions of the Polytron Fox-R cannot be called small for an electric vehicle. This motorcycle has a length of 2,000 mm, a width of 735 mm, and a height of 1,170 mm.

The Polytron Fox-R is equipped with 13-inch rims with a 110/70 front tire and a 130/70 rear tire.

Various features have been embedded by the manufacturer, starting from full LED lights with DRLs at the front. In addition, they also installed a digital instrument cluster containing various information to make it easier for the driver to know the vehicle's condition.

Based on the official website, the normal price of the Polytron Fox-R is IDR 20.6 million. However, they provide a subsidy of IDR 5 million, so the price drops to only IDR 15.6 million.
