KatadataOTO – Before buying a new car, there are many things that people consider, one of which is the network of dealers or official workshops and the availability of spare parts.

Without adequate dealers and complete spare parts, it would certainly be a hassle for vehicle users.

Amidst the proliferation of new brands in the country, the Japanese manufacturer, Suzuki offers an advantage that is an important consideration for consumers when choosing a vehicle, namely its dealer network.

Even for older models, Suzuki can still provide complete spare parts according to customer needs.

It should be noted that Suzuki currently has a network of 170 dealers with 3S (Sales, Service and Spareparts) status.

Not only serving purchases, the Suzuki dealer network can also accommodate servicing and provide spare parts for consumers. Suzuki car users don't need to worry, because all of these dealers are of high quality.

“With internationally certified mechanics, standard tools and equipment, also equipped with special tools that are only available in the official dealer network. Then there's the guarantee of genuine spare parts which also come with a warranty,” said Hariadi, Assistant to Service Dept. Head of PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS) recently.

For that reason, he advises every consumer, especially new car owners, to only service their vehicles at official workshops.

Repairs and servicing done at official workshops can help ensure the car's condition remains prime and optimal during use.

Thanks to dealers located in various regions of Indonesia, Suzuki revealed that many consumers routinely service their cars at official workshops.
