Grand Hyatt Was Once Rumored to Be Sold, Its Price Equivalent to 13,000 Denza D9s

KatadataOTO – Once rumored to be sold for IDR 12.5 trillion, PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk has confirmed that Grand Hyatt is not for sale. This was announced on their Instagram account, @plazaindonesia.

The statement also mentioned that the content was misleading and defamatory to the good name of PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk as the rightful owner.

“Based on the above, we urge the public to be more cautious and to disregard any claims or information related to the alleged sale of the Grand Hyatt Jakarta Hotel,” said Umbas Rombe, Corporate Secretary of PT Plaza Indonesia Realty, Tbk.

For those who were preparing to buy the asset, it might be a good idea to allocate their funds to another sector. Buying a car could be an attractive option.

This is because IDR 12.5 trillion is enough to buy approximately 13,157 units of the Denza D9, which was launched some time ago. It should be noted that the model is sold for only IDR 950 million.
For your information, this MPV (Multi-Purpose Vehicle) was officially launched on January 22, 2025. As an electric car, the Denza D9 also offers a variety of attractive advantages.
