The Jetour X50e EV is ready to be launched in Indonesia this year, reportedly designed to meet consumer needs.
KatadataOTO – PT Jetour Motor Indonesia will launch its first electric car for Indonesian consumers in 2025, the X50e EV.
Interestingly, there is no official information regarding the detailed specifications of the electric car, even on the Jetour Global website.
According to Jetour, the model will be developed to suit the needs and tastes of the Indonesian market.
At the IIMS (Indonesia International Motor Show) 2025 event, the Jetour X50e EV was showcased. However, its interior was not yet revealed to the public.
However, some time ago, Jetour began to reveal the interior and features that will be embedded in the X50e EV.
At a glance, its appearance is minimalist compared to most other EVs from Chinese brands. A super-large screen is absent, and there are still many physical buttons in the center console area.
This makes it easier for car owners to operate the vehicle's features.
“The X50e EV is equipped with an LCD instrument cluster that displays vehicle data in real time. In the center console, there is also a 10.25-inch screen,” said Moch. Ranggy Radiansyah, Marketing Director of PT Jetour Motor Indonesia in Jakarta some time ago.
Then there is wireless rapid charging or a wireless mobile phone charging option. However, there are still outlets for wired charging in both the front and rear cabins.
