Consumers can still purchase the Jetour T2 at a special price of approximately Rp 568 million until the 1,000-unit quota is fulfilled.
KatadataOTO – The boxy Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) Jetour T2 is said to have received a positive response from consumers in the country. Previously, the manufacturer offered a special price of IDR 568 million with a quota for the first 500 customers.
However, due to a surge in consumer demand, Jetour has increased the quota to 1,000 units. Currently, they have successfully collected hundreds of Vehicle Order Letters (SPK) for the T2.
It should be noted that the Jetour T2 was officially launched at the Gaikindo Jakarta Auto Week or GJAW 2025 automotive exhibition. The price is IDR 568 million on the road in Jakarta.
“Our last count was in the 700s. But it is still being counted (until now),” said Moch. Ranggy Radiansyah, Marketing Director of PT Jetour Motor Indonesia in Tangerang, on Thursday (18/12).
He explained that after the 1,000-unit quota is met, the price of the Jetour T2 will increase to IDR 588 million.
Regarding delivery, he confirmed that the first 500 units will be sent to consumers in January 2026.
“We will hand over the first 500 units in January. But after that, the information from our dealer team in the field is for February,” said Ranggy.
However, Jetour is trying to ensure that all ordered units can be handed over directly to consumers in January.
He revealed that Jetour itself has anticipated the positive ordering trend for the Jetour T2 as a boxy SUV that is currently in demand by the public.
“The trend is indeed positive, and we hope it continues,” said Ranggy.
The Jetour T2 comes with a 2,000 cc engine. After that, they are interested in introducing a Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) variant with a 1,500 cc powertrain in 2026.
For your information, the 2,000 cc gasoline engine of the Jetour T2 is equipped with turbo technology that can produce 241.6 hp and a peak torque of 375 Nm.
This configuration allows the Jetour T2 to accelerate from zero to 100 km/h in a short time of 8.7 seconds.
Only one variant of the Jetour T2 is offered in Indonesia with a price of IDR 568 million. This applies to the first 1,000 customers who place an order.
