KatadataOTO – The competition for small-sized electric cars is getting more intense in Indonesia. After the Wuling Air EV and Seres E1, the arrival of the VinFast VF3 also adds color to the country's automotive market.

The Changan Lumin, arriving at the end of 2025, extends the lineup of mini electric cars in the country.

This gives consumers more freedom in choosing an electric car that suits their needs.

The Lumin comes with its own appeal through its unique appearance. Especially the vehicle's fascia, which is designed to resemble panda eyes and a wide smile.

The design of the rear is also no less interesting. The round lights combine the brake, turn signal, and reverse functions into one.

As a city car, the Changan Lumin is quite eye-catching to anyone who sees it.

Moreover, the car is painted in appealing pastel colors.

KatadataOTO had the opportunity to test the unit for a full day, navigating through Jakarta's traffic jams.

Another appeal of the Changan Lumin is its affordable price. This Micro BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle) was marketed at around Rp 178 million at its initial launch.
